They were willing to do the project in segments, eventually having the whole basement completed along with a encapsulated barrier installed along the walls. Michael at Superior Waterproofing was a joy to deal with. We had a leak in our basement, and they gave us a quick and detailed quote while thoroughly explaining all our options. He wasn't pushy or sales-y and he patiently answered all our questions. It was a totally different experience than with the bigger company we got a quote from, where they tried to steer us toward a very expensive option.

They did the work quickly and without making a mess. Every employee we interacted with was great.

Had a water issue in the basement in my mom's condo. Received a quote for drain tiles promptly from Super Waterproofing. They were booked several weeks out, which isn't a bad thing....I want someone who is busy as it speaks to the quality of their work. As we are in the process of selling the condo, Superior was willing to work with us to meet the timeline established by the buyer. They also went above & beyond to answer all our questions plus alleviate any concerns for our buyer.

Home Advisor came up and Mike sent me a quote but also stated he would be glad to give me the info on how to do it myself as it was a moderately costly repair. I cannot say a bad word about this company. Mike came out to my mothers house give a inspection, and estimate. He was friendly and explained what needed to be done. He stated that he could get the job done quick , do to the fact the house was sold and we needed to close by a certain date.
He called me to set up a date and got the job done on time !! All the employees and owner very respectfull and treated my job like they lived in the home !

I own an old home that had a wet basement for decades. After Superior waterproofed it and put the sump pump in, I have had a completely dry, low humidity basement. What a relief to be rid of the smells and have the ability to store things in the basement.
